FAIRFIELD â€“ The Solano County Board of Supervisors will receive a verbal update Tuesday regarding the Solano360 project and contemplate naming Industrial Realty Group/Jones Land LaSalle as the preferred development team for the project.

Supervisors will also be asked to authorize county staff to negotiate an Exclusive Right to Negotiate Agreement with Industrial Realty Group/Jones Lang LaSalle for the 149 acre mix-used site.

According to county staff, a term sheet and formal agreements for site development and lease of the space is expected to go before the board next September.

The Solano County Board of Supervisors will meet at 9 a.m. Tuesday inside the first-floor meeting chambers at 675 Texas St. in Fairfield.
